Group Engagements


New Leader Mastermind

When it comes to entering the world of leadership, new leaders often experience issues with delegation, difficult conversations, speaking up, networking, motivating others, managing stress and leading in a way that suits the situation. Most often, the issues are not only about self-confidence, but about relationships and connecting. Group coaching provides a platform for participants to share current situations or stressors that they are resistant to share with their supervisors and learn effective methods for handling them.

This group meets every other Wednesday at 7am.

I would say the biggest gift of coaching is perspective. There are so many people that are dealing with the same issues, concerns, and struggles that I am. C.O.R.E Leadership & Culture Development Program

C.O.R.E. Leadership & Culture Development Program Empowers front-line leaders to be more effective by teaching new ways to improve their skills in the areas of Effective Communication, Time Management, Team Member Engagement, and Managing Stress. The C.O.R.E. Leadership & Culture Develop Program is designed to address these goals by exploring them from within the context of four key competencies keyed to the acronym C.O.R.E.

I attended this workshop to get ideas on how to maintain my staff and avoid turnover. The concept that was most helpful for me was identifying the type of leader I am and the quality of our applicants. The result I got from attending this workshop is communication ideas and exercises that I will be sharing with my managers. Molly is a great public speaker with a lot of passion.

Empowered Coaching’s “Empowered Lunch & Learn” Program is an easy way to bring people from across your organization together in an informal atmosphere to collaborate and learn. Whether the session is focused on professional & personal development, skill set training, or even life skills, “Empowered Lunch & Learns” will boost employee motivation and skills needed for a successful work experience.
